Prana is my go-to for real estate needs. She's so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive to all of our first-timer home buying needs. I must've messaged her every other day for a few months and her kindness and patience is unmatched. Not only did she help us prepare for homeownership by recommending the FTHB class, which got us a better loan with our lender- but she gave us her real opinion and insight on the condition of a place or what she knew of the area. I learned so much from her, just the way she looks at a house- she left no stone unturned, even when we were distracted by the curb appeal she was diligent and determined to give us the full picture. She's from around here, so she's got expert knowledge of our area and we were able to secure our home because of her know-how. We will definitely be using her for any future real estate transactions.
